The owner of this first-of-its-kind raw food cooking restaurant in Hong Kong has a mission to lead her customers to a better lifestyle by transforming to a diet of raw foods as a sustainable alternative. The design concept surrounded the topic of recycling and how it can play a role in the final design solution.
Our designers delivered a scheme of minimal design in natural finishes of untreated origin. The existing wallpaper, tile flooring, and lighting fixture were re-used in the new design.
小苗子祟尚有機原生食烹調. 是香港首間推薦此烹調食譜餐廳. 為標榜此飮食文化, 設計師便以此作為設計主概念同時附加保護環境連鎖關係為輔助設計原素. 除了在選擇建材物料時採用帶環保標籤產品外同時循環再用原有牆紙, 地磚及沙發卡坐.
